- Build the Analytics Foundation
- Design and build an end-to-end analytics infrastructure for the Cards & Wallets business.
- Design and maintain analytical data models, data marts, and reporting datasets.
- Build and improve the company's analytical Data Lake.
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and reliability across multiple systems.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Product Analytics, or Commercial Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills, including: Window Functions, CTEs, Query optimization, Large transactional datasets.
- Experience building analytical data models and data marts from scratch.
- Experience working with Data Warehouses and/or Data Lakes.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar BI platforms.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Card Issuing, Acquiring, PSP, Digital Wallets, or Neobanking.
- Experience working with transaction-level data.
- Understanding of payment flows and transaction lifecycle.
- Experience with pricing analytics, unit economics, or profitability analysis.
- Experience building alerting systems and automated business monitoring.
