- 4+ years of experience at product/tech companies.
- A law degree from a Ukrainian or foreign university.
- At least upper-intermediate English.
- Experience advising companies across the business lifecycle, including commercial, corporate, compliance, and IP matters.
- What you’ll do:

- Expertise in US and EU consumer protection laws: FTC Act, ROSCA, state auto-renewal laws, the Omnibus Directive, etc.
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other data protection frameworks, especially in relation to sensitive data.
- Experience with mobile app compliance, including subscription apps and App Store / Google Play policies.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and their use cases in legal work.
