Що робити
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts and other legal documents.
- Prepare amendments, supplementary agreements, appendices, specifications, and other contractual documents.
- Conduct initial legal reviews of agreements received from counterparties and internal teams.
- Review contractual terms for compliance with applicable legislation, internal policies, templates, and company requirements.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing provisions, potentially unfavorable terms, and other contractual risks.
Що очікуємо
- Master’s degree in Law.
- 1+ year of relevant legal experience.
- Basic understanding of contract law and contract review principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and potential legal risks.
- Ability to work independently and understand when an issue should be escalated to a senior lawyer.
