Backend Architecture: Architect, implement, and maintain scalable architecture and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring.
Workflow Engine Design: Engineer reliable backend services to manage multi-step business logic, status lifecycles, and event-driven notifications.
Integration & Security: Design secure interfaces to connect internal modules with external systems, ensuring strict adherence to healthcare data privacy principles.
Performance & Data Storage: Optimize relational database schemas and query performance.
Code Quality & Leadership: Enforce software engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing (unit/integration), and technical mentoring.

5+ Years of Experience: Solid background in core backend software development using Java (11/17+).
Spring Ecosystem Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot 3, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Spring Web.
Relational Databases: Strong relational data modeling and SQL performance tuning skills (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
API Design & Security: Proven ability to build RESTful APIs, manage OAuth2/JWT authentication, and design clean interface contracts.
Architectural Foundations: Experience with microservices, domain-driven design concepts, and transactional state management.
