iSpeedToLead is a fast-growing SaaS product company operating in the US real estate tech market. We are building a live lead marketplace that changes how businesses buy and sell leads in real estate. Today, the platform is one of the leaders in its niche in the US market, serving 25,000+ users and scaling rapidly.
What you will do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting to offer stage
Work on multiple technical and business roles simultaneously
Drive proactive sourcing and headhunting, especially for passive candidates
Partner closely with hiring managers and challenge requirements when needed
Build and maintain strong hiring pipelines for current and future needs
Coordinate interviews and move processes forward quickly and efficiently
Maintain recruitment data and ATS accuracy
Participate in improving recruitment processes and hiring workflows
Collaborate with a sourcer who supports pipeline generation and outreach activities
What we expect:
4+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment
Experience hiring for the US market
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Ability to manage 3–6 vacancies simultaneously with strong ownership
Experience working with ATS systems (PeopleForce or Ashby is a strong plus)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other sourcing platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to push processes forward and work effectively with hiring managers
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
Ukrainian language is a plus
Nice to have:
Experience in SaaS or product companies
Experience recruiting for sales, marketing or business roles in addition to engineering
Familiarity with AI sourcing/recruitment tools
Experience working with recruitment metrics and performance tracking
