Що робити
- Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring recurring processes are delivered consistently and on time.
- Track HR metrics and KPIs, identify trends and risks, and provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage and develop the HR team through regular 1:1s, clear goals, feedback, prioritization, and accountability for results.
- Design and test HR processes end-to-end to confirm they work correctly for all parties involved.
- Own employee engagement strategy, including ESAT surveys, results analysis, and measurable follow-up actions.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including people management experience.
- Experience in an IT company or another fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles, with growth into a strategic/leadership scope.
- Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and interdependencies between HR processes.
- Working understanding of Ukrainian labor legislation, sufficient to review and guide the team’s execution.
