Why are we opening this role?
EverHelp is entering a new stage of growth, and we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will become a trusted partner for managers and help us strengthen our people management culture.
This role is critical for building scalable performance management practices, supporting leaders in complex people-related situations, developing managerial capabilities, and ensuring data-driven people decisions across the company.
Your future responsibilities include:
Partnering with managers and team leads on people management decisions and challenges;
Conducting regular 1:1s with managers and identifying team-related risks;
Leading and improving Performance Review, PDP, PIP, and calibration processes;
Supporting managers in underperformance, retention, conflict resolution, and dismissal cases;
Designing and facilitating manager development initiatives, workshops, and practical leadership tools;
Monitoring employee engagement, team health, turnover trends, and people-related risks;
Preparing HR analytics, reports, and recommendations for leadership teams.
Needed experience & skills:
5+ years of experience in HR;
2+ years in HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Lead roles;
Experience supporting large organizations (200+ employees);
Experience partnering with middle and senior managers;
Strong background in Performance Management and Employee Lifecycle Management;
Experience handling complex employee relations cases, conflicts, retention, and dismissals;
Experience working with HR metrics, reporting, and analytics;
English level B2+.
Nice to have skills:
Experience in BPO, Customer Support, Customer Success, or Outsourcing environments;
Experience building or redesigning people processes in fast-growing companies.
