We’re hiring: Senior Executive Recruiter
Koscom Networks is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to join our Back Office team and help us find strong professionals for the US market.
What you’ll do: • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer • Recruit Senior and Executive-level professionals for the US market • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels • Conduct interviews and assess candidates • Communicate with hiring managers and support them throughout the hiring process • Manage several open positions at the same time • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
What we’re looking for: • Strong experience recruiting for the US market • Experience hiring Senior / Executive-level positions • Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills • Telecom or construction industry experience is a plus • English — B2+ • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
What we offer: • Fully remote work • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM New York time • Performance-based bonuses
