In this role, you will:
Find and engage with potential candidates
Review profiles and assess candidate suitability
Lead interviews and guide candidates through the hiring journey
Develop and grow a strong talent pool
Partner with international clients to understand their hiring needs
We’d love to meet someone who has:
3+ years of experience in recruitment
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
English proficiency at B1 level or above
A proactive approach and a strong focus on results
