Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for digital projects, initiatives, and enhancements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing digital processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Gather, document, and analyze business needs, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop comprehensive business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful project implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer System Analysis, Information Technology, Statistics or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.
Proven experience working on mobile, web, or other front-end digital products, with a strong understanding of user experience and interface considerations.
Familiarity with mobile app analytics platforms and performance metrics.
Proficient in using product development and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar platforms to support end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
