- Feature Engineering: Build complex features around seasonality, lead-lag effects, weather impact, and regional supply chain dynamics.
- Model Benchmarking & Validation: Design and evaluate XGBoost, LightGBM, ARIMA, and deep learning sequence models using temporal cross-validation, uncertainty estimation, and explainability frameworks.
- Production Deployment: Productionize batch and API models on GCP alongside data engineers, implementing drift monitoring and retraining pipelines.
- Modern AI Integration: Prototype LLMs and AI agents where relevant for automated insights.
