Що робити
- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies across Tier-1 GEOs and the Turkish market.
- Manage player lifecycle communications, segmentation, personalization, and retention campaigns.
- Build and optimize automated CRM journeys across different player lifecycle stages.
- Develop targeted campaigns for different player segments, including high-value and VIP audiences.
- Monitor and improve key CRM metrics, including Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, Churn Rate, Reactivation Rate, Conversion Rate, and campaign ROI.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets.
- Experience with the Turkish market will be a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in player segmentation, lifecycle management, retention mechanics, bonus strategies, loyalty programs, personalization, and CRM automation.
- Solid understanding of key CRM and retention metrics.
