About the role
Our customer is the European online car market, serving over 30 million monthly users and present in 18 countries. We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead our CRM activities during a recruitment transition period. This is a hands-on yet strategic role: you will own the planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and app push, while supporting a key infrastructure project — our migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable.
You will work closely with client stakeholders and the central CRM team to keep CRM operations running smoothly and ensure we continue to deliver on our core business objectives throughout the transition.
What you’ll do
• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and app push.
• Optimize customer journeys and lifecycle flows to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Define and manage audience segmentation to deliver relevant, well-targeted communications.
• Monitor campaign and channel performance, report on KPIs, and translate insights into action.
• Support the preparation and execution of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable migration.
• Partner with the client stakeholders and CRM team to ensure uninterrupted CRM operations.
• Contribute strategically to the CRM roadmap and prioritization during the transition.
What you’ll bring
• Proven senior-level(5+ years of work with CRM) experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (campaign build, automation, journey design).
• Experience across email, WhatsApp, and app push channels.
• Strong skills in audience segmentation, customer journey optimization, and performance analysis.
• A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• English proficiency at B2 / C1 or higher.
Nice to have
• Experience with Iterable or prior involvement in a CRM platform migration.
• Background in automotive, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with German-speaking markets.
