- Develop player segmentation and lifecycle campaigns
- Increase LTV, retention rate, and player engagement
- Manage VIP programs and loyalty mechanics
- Work closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years in iGaming retention / CRM
- Proven experience working with LATAM markets is a must
- Strong understanding of player behavior and lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation
- Experience with VIP сегментом и high-value players
