Що робити

Provide end-to-end HR support for the HR Service teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all core HR processes;
Participate in the development, implementation, and regular review of HR policies and procedures, adapting them to the needs of the HR Service teams;
Advise and support employees and managers throughout all HR processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience;
Act as an HR Business Partner for the HR Service teams, partnering with managers and the CHRO on people and organizational matters. Guide and support managers in effectively leading and developing their teams;
Regularly monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience;

4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner / People Partner role;
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful and authentic relationships with diverse personality types;
Strong active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, fostering an environment where all parties feel valued and understood;
Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with senior leaders, including C-level stakeholders;
Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets as integral tools in daily tasks, managing them with ease and efficiency;
