Що робити
- Work on 2–3 projects in parallel, owning business analysis for each end-to-end.
- Run improvements to an internal request portal: collect and triage change requests, prioritize them with the program manager, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and accept delivered changes.
- Support the implementation of the portal’s next version after the proof of concept: requirements, user stories, and acceptance of delivered scope.
- Run discovery for new initiatives where needed: stakeholder interviews, AS-IS and TO-BE processes in BPMN, scope, and a build-vs-buy assessment.
- Describe business roles for AI agents: procedures, systems used, and decisions that require human approval; review agent results against them.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on business systems or internal products, including owning initiatives end-to-end without close supervision.
- Experience analysing internal business processes delivered as services to employees, such as IT, HR, procurement, or legal operations.
- Experience working on several projects in parallel.
- Hands-on BPMN modeling of end-to-end business processes; UML diagrams chosen to fit the task.
- Strong problem definition, requirements elicitation, and prioritization skills.
