Що робити
- Review customer requests, RFPs, and internal initiative proposals to identify business needs, scope gaps, and clarification questions
- Plan and lead discovery engagements, coordinating contributions from architects, designers, and other specialists
- Investigate business needs, user workflows, domains, and market opportunities to identify valuable product initiatives for customers and Leobit
- Shape product vision, value proposition, and roadmap with customer or internal stakeholders,
Що очікуємо
- At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience in software development, including direct collaboration with customers and business stakeholders
- Proven experience leading discovery engagements and stakeholder workshops, from problem definition through solution validation and scope agreement
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including reviewing RFPs, clarifying customer needs, defining scope, and contributing to proposals
- Strong product management capabilities, including product vision, value proposition, prioritization, MVP definition, and roadmap development
- Ability to understand business models, domains, users, and competitive landscapes, and translate these insights into product opportunities and decisions
