Що робити
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current knowledge management processes, pain points, and future-state objectives.
- Analyze and document business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
- Assess the existing SharePoint knowledge base and define recommendations for restructuring content organization and metadata.
- Design and improve taxonomy, metadata models, document classification, and searchability.
- Define information governance standards, including document lifecycle, ownership, and content quality.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience working with SharePoint or other enterprise content/document management platforms.
- Understanding of metadata management, taxonomy design, and information architecture.
- Experience defining business processes and facilitating process improvements.
