Що робити

Build and own management reporting — independently, from week one
Configure and maintain dashboards for real-time operational monitoring with alerting
Audit existing dashboards and correct inaccurate metrics — including restoring broken monitors
Independently define KPIs: proposes the structure, does not only execute tasks
Formulate data requirements and pass requests to the tech team

Що очікуємо

5+ years in analytics at a Trading Desk, CEX, prop trading or market-making firm — not bank BI analytics
Deep hands-on knowledge of trading mechanics: P&L attribution, spread, slippage, funding rates, quoting uptime, inventory exposure — candidate knows these metrics from practice, not from textbooks
Python — mandatory: pandas, numpy, report automation, exchange API data processing
SQL — advanced: window functions, CTEs, time-series aggregations
Tableau — proficient: calculated fields, blending, workbook publishing
