Що робити
- Develop and maintain a strong end-to-end understanding of the Company’s acquiring and payments business, including relevant operational, financial, regulatory and technology-related dependencies.
- Build and maintain the Company’s institutional knowledge by consolidating information from internal stakeholders, external documentation, payment schemes, partners and other relevant sources.
- Analyse complex or ambiguous business questions and structure them into clear problem statements, options, dependencies, risks and trade-offs.
- Gather input from relevant stakeholders across the Company, identify conflicting assumptions or viewpoints, and facilitate discussions toward a clear conclusion.
- Prepare structured analysis, decision papers and recommendations to support management and, where relevant, Board-level decision-making.
