Що робити
- Facilitate and drive Scrum ceremonies, adapting them as needed to meet organizational and team objectives.
- Coach Agile teams to collaborate effectively, organize their work efficiently, and deliver reliable product increments.
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure clear product vision, priorities, and alignment with business goals.
- Support and mentor Product Owners in effective backlog management, product decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, Agile best practices, and team accountability.
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Technology Product Delivery, Service Delivery, Agile Delivery, or related environments.
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Agile coaching techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience coaching Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders.
