- Make outbound calls and acquire new customers.
- Present promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
- Understand customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably B2C, telesales, or outbound sales.
- English proficiency at C2 level.
- Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in phone sales and objection handling.
Що пропонуємо
- $3,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonuses.
- Potential total compensation of up to $60,000/year.
- Fully remote position.
- Monday–Friday, 12:00–21:00 (UTC−5).
- Three 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
