Що робити
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and actively acquire new clients.
- Present promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
- Identify customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of sales experience (B2C, telesales, outbound sales, or similar).
- English proficiency at C2 level.
- Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in phone conversations and objection handling.
Що пропонуємо
- $3,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonuses.
- Opportunity to earn up to $60,000 per year in total compensation.
- Fully remote work.
- Monday–Friday, 12:00–21:00 (UTC−5).
- Three 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
