We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Manager to join our Pre-VIP Sales team. You will work with a large, active database of casino players and turn them into loyal, high-value customers. There’s no fixed client portfolio: you’ll switch between segments and priorities every day and focus on results.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Contact players through inbound and outbound calls, personalised emails, and SMS to drive first deposits, reactivation, and upselling
Work with a daily assigned database, covering different player segments and priorities
Reach out to newly assigned players on the same day and maintain consistent multi-channel communication
Promote and activate personalised bonuses and offers based on player behaviour and preferences
Identify high-potential players, convert casual players into VIPs, and reactivate churned VIPs
Collaborate with VIP and Retention teams on campaigns and hand over qualified players to VIP managers
Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking all player interactions and outcomes
Monitor personal KPIs, including database coverage, conversion rates, reactivation, and deposits
Contribute insights to improve sales scripts, offers, and player engagement strategies
Ensure a professional, friendly, and compliant player experience across all interactions
