Що робити
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Build and execute outbound outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Create personalized messaging for different ICPs and continuously improve outreach performance through A/B testing.
- Qualify opportunities using BANT and prioritize the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and project requirements.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Engagement Manager, Account Executive, or in a similar B2B sales role within the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales, including cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience building outreach sequences and running message A/B tests.
- Practical experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Reply, Lemlist, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Solid understanding of IT outsourcing and software development services.
