Emerise Group is a dynamic, product-driven group of companies operating in the iGaming industry. We’re searching for a Sales Manager - you’ll be responsible for building relationships with players from their first interaction with the product helping them complete onboarding, encouraging first deposits, and supporting their journey toward becoming engaged and loyal customers.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

1+ year of experience in Sales, Retention, Customer Success, Account Management, or VIP Management.

Upper-Intermidiate English (written and spoken) + Additional languages are considered an advantage.

Proven track record of achieving revenue, retention, or sales targets.

Experience working in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, fintech, or other performance-driven industries is highly preferred.

Desired / Preferred Skills:

Experience in online casino or sportsbook operations.

Knowledge of player segmentation and customer lifecycle strategies.

Understanding of responsible gaming principles.

Experience working with outbound call campaigns.

Familiarity with bonus mechanics, promotions, and gamification strategies.

Experience managing customer portfolios.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience with CRM automation and customer journey optimization.

Expected Duties / Tasks:

New Player Activation: contact newly registered players and guide them through their onboarding journey.

Assist customers in completing first deposit activities.

Increase conversion rates from registration to active depositing customers.

Early Lifecycle Development: build relationships with newly depositing players.

Promote relevant campaigns, bonuses, tournaments, and special offers.

Increase player engagement and activity levels.

Reactivation & Retention: proactively engage inactive or declining customers through calls, emails, and messaging channels.

Identify reasons for inactivity and implement personalized retention strategies.

Successfully reactivate dormant customer accounts.
