Why we exist
The energy transition has already started — panels, storage, flexible consumption. What's stuck isn't the physics, it's the coordination: the site owner, the engineer, the bank, the supplier and the investor have no shared place where the project lives as a whole. Everyone keeps their piece in email and spreadsheets, and a technically ready project takes years to reach the money.
Aita is that shared place. A platform where an energy project goes the whole way: site, calculation, documents, deal, money, operations. We work in Ukraine, Spain, Poland and Romania.
What you'll sell
Not "software." You go to a business owner or developer whose project is scattered across twenty files and three contractors, and show how it comes together in one loop: economics, document package, equipment selection, team work — in one place, visible in real time.
Three lines, each with its own pace:
Platform and AI — subscription and implementation. Short cycle, your monthly bread and butter.
Battery storage under the "equity instead of discount" program — big ticket, long cycle. You open and lead; our engineers close the technical part.
Electricity supply — entry through the client's bill: the cheapest way in, and then you sell the rest.
Who your client is
An owner or head of a business, typically 45+, who doesn't use AI and doesn't trust it. Selling the platform to this person is half teaching. Whoever can take them from "I don't need this" to "show me again" is the one who earns here.
How we build
We use our own product at full depth. Tasks, deals, documents, financial models, calls, even this job posting — all inside Aita. If a result can't be read by a query to the system, for us it doesn't exist. So you'll never assemble a report by hand and never have to prove you were working.
The next layer is AI doing the grunt work: gathering client information before a call, drafting a proposal, flagging leads that have stalled. The salesperson spends time on the conversation, not on preparing for it.
How the team works
Every task is tied to a company goal. Work that leads nowhere doesn't exist in our system.
Decisions are recorded in writing and briefly — five lines instead of an hour-long meeting.
A 45-minute weekly rhythm; the rest of the time is yours.
A direct line to the founders: questions of price, terms or product are settled the same day, not after three sign-offs.
We're small. That means speed, and it means nobody covers for you: your area is yours.
Experience
2–5 years of sales in IT Education: online school, courses, edtech, corporate training. This is an entry requirement, not a plus — there you sell an invisible product to a live person, fast, at volume, and without an engineer in the chain, which is exactly what's needed here.
No need to know energy — we'll teach you. Speed and a taste for conversation can't be taught.
Skills
Full-cycle sales — taking a deal through to payment, not just booking meetings
Teaching a 45+ audience to use AI — the candidate's main advantage
Talking money with an owner — economics and value, not product features
CRM as a habit — all work recorded in the system

Where this leads
In a year — Head of Revenue: your own direction, budget, team, and educational institutions as a separate channel. We say openly that we're hiring someone to grow, not for a "manager forever" seat.
Selection — straight onto real clients
There are no training cases. You get five live leads from our base — real companies, real contacts, access to the platform. You work with them as you would on staff.
We decide on the first contact taken to the end — when there's either a signature or a client's no. Not on activity volume, not on a deadline. A no is not a failure: we look at how you run the conversation, how you record your work, and how you hold the "no."
The period is paid.
