Що робити
- Handling the written communication with potential customers (replied from different outbound channels) to convert warm replies to the intro calls
- Reconnecting with old leads from CRM.
- Arranging intro/demo calls, sending follow-ups, and notifications before the call
- Work with CRM system (we use Hubspot)
- Working with portfolios, presentations
Що очікуємо
- Upper-intermediate English is a must (written)
- from 1Y of experience in pre-sales, SDR or outreach specialist positions
- Ability to maintain good sales written communication to convert warm replies to the intro calls
- Ability to handle communication from multiple mailboxes and social media accounts on a daily basis (from 10+)
- Out of the box thinking (Not just working by templates or generic patterns, but being able to analyze prospects’ data, search for signals/newsbreaks to write personalized and converting emails and messages).
