Manifest Render is a CGI studio creating high-end architectural visualizations for interior designers, architects, developers, and real estate professionals, mainly in the US and UK.
We’re looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager to bring new clients to Manifest Render and build long-term partnerships. This is a commission-only role with a high first-project commission and recurring income from repeat clients.
What you’ll do
Find potential clients in the US, UK, and Europe
Reach out to architects, interior designers, developers, and real estate companies
Work with LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other outreach channels
Handle follow-ups and communication with leads
Present our services, portfolio, and pricing
Bring qualified leads to the project stage
What we’re looking for
English B2+
Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
Ability to work independently and build your own outreach process
Strong written communication skills
Focus on results, not just the number of messages sent
Experience in architecture, interior design or CGI would be a big plus.

Compensation
40% commission from the client’s first paid order
10% commission from every future order from that client
No fixed salary
Recurring commission is paid for as long as you continue working with Manifest Render
