- Strong proficiency in Rust (ownership, async, concurrency, unsafe when justified, performance-critical code)
- Experience building low-latency or high-throughput systems (trading, HFT, market making, or similar domains preferred)
- Solid understanding of market microstructure, order books, market making, and liquidity provision concepts
- Experience with networking (TCP, WebSockets, FIX) and binary protocols
- Familiarity with concurrency primitives, lock-free structures, and performance profiling tools
Що пропонуємо
- Prior experience in market making, prop trading, or crypto/DeFi liquidity provision
- Knowledge of exchange APIs (CEX or DEX)
- Experience with time-series data, order book reconstruction, or simulation frameworks
- Familiarity with risk management systems or position/inventory controls
- Exposure to C++ or other systems languages (helpful for interop or legacy systems)
