- Oversee Affiliate, CRM, Product, Marketing, Operations, VIP, Payments, and Customer Support in collaboration with department heads.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience in senior leadership positions such as COO, General Manager, Country Manager, Head of Operations, Head of Growth, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the LATAM online casino market.
- Experience launching or scaling casino operations in LATAM.
- Deep knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, CRM, Product, VIP, Retention, and commercial operations.
