Що робити
- Understand the technical behaviour of our autonomous transport robots, including navigation, sensors, fleet control, interfaces and interaction with the customer environment.
- Analyse technical incidents using logs, system data, dashboards and robot behaviour, and identify root causes rather than only treating symptoms.
- Develop scripts and tools that automate recurring monitoring, diagnostics, deployment, updates and support tasks.
- Improve automated health checks, alarms, diagnostics and recovery procedures.
- Work with our robotics developers to improve system reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
