Retention Marketing Manager

Що робити

  • Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn;
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle;
  • Segment audiences and personalize communications/promotions based on user behavior and data insights;
  • Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize for key KPIs (LTV, retention, churn);
  • Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles;
  • Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication;
  • Background in industries such as e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or mobile apps is a strong plus;
  • Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
  • Knowledge and ability to calculate the economy of the basic mechanics of bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, daily quests;
