- Resource & Business Planning
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date view of all employees and contractors, including availability, utilization, skills, project allocation, and upcoming changes.
- Work closely with Project/Delivery Managers to understand the business case and resource needs behind each project.
- Support resource allocation, bench management, and planning based on current and future business needs.
- Proactively identify resource gaps, risks, and opportunities across the project portfolio.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Resource Management, HR Operations, People Operations or a similar role within an IT/software company.
- Experience working with multiple projects, teams, and resource pools.
- Ability to understand the business context behind resource decisions, not only manage data and processes.
- Experience identifying employee risks, engagement issues, and retention risks proactively.
- Experience with employee engagement, or people development processes.
