Що робити
- Own full-cycle recruitment processes across a broad range of roles, functions, and seniority levels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, hiring priorities, and target candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role and talent market.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job platforms, Boolean Search, direct outreach, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Що очікуємо
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven experience managing a broad range of vacancies across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify and engage relevant candidates through different channels.
- Experience recruiting for technical, operational, business, and other specialized positions.
- Ability to independently own the recruitment process from intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer, and closing.
