Що робити
- 🔸Search for candidates via LinkedIn and other resources;
- 🔸Drawing up CVs of candidates in a corporate format;
- 🔸Process responses from the corporate website, DOU and other resources;
- 🔸Working with different recruitment tools;
- 🔸Work closely with the Recruitment team to determine hiring needs and priorities.
Що очікуємо
- 🔸0,5+ year of experience in IT researching/sourcing;
- 🔸General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
- 🔸Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, GitHub, Stack Overflow;
- 🔸English level — Intermediate and higher;
- 🔸Strong communication and negotiation skills;
