We’re looking for a Recruitment Lead to join our team and take ownership of closing senior and executive roles on time while driving the recruitment function forward.

What you’ll be doing:

Developing recruitment strategies and team resource planning.

Leading and closing roles from Senior to C-level (Ukraine/Europe), using active sourcing and headhunting.

Designing and tracking key recruiting metrics and KPIs to evaluate hiring process effectiveness.

Managing the recruitment budget.

Managing processes with recruitment agencies.

Collaborating with job boards and recruitment platforms, maintaining company accounts.

Training hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

Mentoring and supporting the growth of recruiters on the team.

Using PeopleForce ATS to manage the full recruitment cycle.

What we’re looking for:

4+ years of experience in recruitment within IT or engineering industries.

1+ year of experience leading a team.

Proven experience sourcing candidates for unique roles (e.g., Architects) and Sales positions in Ukraine and Europe (particularly Poland).

Hands-on experience with recruitment analytics and building metrics to evaluate hiring success, bottlenecks, and process efficiency (incl. CRM or ATS systems).

Knowledge of labour market trends and hiring tools, with the ability to tailor strategies to different roles.

Experience handling complex hiring cases and working closely with hiring managers.

Strong results orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, and solution-focused mindset.

English proficiency: B2 or higher.
