We are currently scaling our business and looking for a Recruitment Team Lead. This is a great opportunity for a high-performing Lead recruiter with at least 2 years working with media buying vacancies and minimum 1,5 years in a leadership role.
Areas of Responsibility
Recruitment Management
• Efficiently lead and coordinate the recruitment team.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process across the company.
• Build effective hiring strategies for complex and senior roles.
Hands-on Recruitment: Executive Search & Complex Vacancies
• Personally manage key vacancies, headhunt, and engage passive candidates.
• Utilize modern sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and competitive market analysis.
Recruitment Function Development
• Build and maintain a high-quality, "warm" talent pool.
• Analyze the effectiveness of candidate acquisition channels and discover new sourcing streams.
• Optimize recruitment processes to increase hiring speed and quality.
• Leverage recruitment analytics, forecasting, and key metrics.
• Manage the recruitment function budget and evaluate cost-effectiveness.
Business Partnership
• Work in close collaboration with Hiring Managers and the Head of HR.
• Advise the business on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and the competitive landscape.
• Ensure an exceptional Candidate Experience at all stages of the recruitment funnel.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s employer brand in partnership with the Head of HR and the marketing team.
It’s a Match If You Have
• 1.5–2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Team Lead or Head of Recruitment in a media buying company (the vertical is not critical).
• Practical experience in international hiring.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, and native Ukrainian.
• Mastery of modern sourcing tools, talent mapping, executive search, and recruitment analytics.
• A data-driven mindset, making decisions based on metrics.
• Strong managerial discipline: regularly conducting calibration meetings and retrospectives, controlling process quality, and helping the team work more efficiently.
• A high level of Ownership: making independent decisions, taking responsibility for the team’s results, and keeping business needs as your top priority.
Nice to have
• Experience in international hiring of media buyers outside the CIS region.
• A track record of successfully headhunting Media Buyers, Team Leads, Heads of Buying, and entire media buying teams.
• A strong professional network within affiliate marketing.
• Your own active candidate (media buyers) database.
