Що робити
- Build and maintain talent pools across key roles (Full Stack, Ruby, QA Automation).
- Work actively with LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram communities, niche platforms, databases, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Use the full sourcing toolkit: Boolean, X-ray, and anything else that brings results.
- Manage 3-5 active recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Develop and test sourcing hypotheses (new channels, markets, and approaches).
Що очікуємо
- 6+ months of experience in IT recruiting (agency, outsourcing).
- Good understanding of the IT Market.
- Experience working with LinkedIn, X-ray/Boolean search.
- Ability to work in a high-load, dynamic environment: 3-5 directions running at the same time, large candidate bases, back-to-back interviews.
- Strong motivation to grow in sourcing and recruitment.
