What is your new project?
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will drive our recruitment efforts, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the experience for both candidates and clients.
What makes you a great fit
Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter in outstaffing (2+ years preferred).
Are fluent in English and can comfortably communicate with native speakers.
Familiarity with technical terms, programming languages, and software development life cycle.
Strong sourcing skills using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain a service-oriented approach in communication.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, results-driven attitude.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment software is a plus.
Your day-to-day in this position
Actively source and identify IT professionals (e.g., developers, engineers) for key positions.
Create аttractive job descriptions, personalized outreach messages, engaging social media content, and targeted ads to attract candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, covering candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for a range of roles in the tech industry.
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored talent solutions, working closely with hiring managers to understand unique requirements.
Hold weekly status meetings to assess progress and set collaborative priorities.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT industry and leverage this knowledge to attract high-quality candidates.
Keep accurate candidate records and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently.
Establish a follow-up process to stay connected with potential candidates, reminding them of previous conversations and providing updates on open roles.
Deliver a positive candidate experience by guiding them through each stage of recruitment and onboarding, with clear and timely communication.
Conduct thorough technical screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit with client needs. Maintain a pool of top candidates, keeping them engaged and prepared for current or future opportunities.
