- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and keep hiring progress transparent.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment processes in IT outsourcing and outstaffing companies.
- Experience in hiring for technical roles (Python engineers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering roles) as well as non-technical roles (marketing, sales, business analytics, etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to choose effective channels and strategies.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, AI tools).
- Ability to effectively assess candidates (both hard and soft skills);
