Data.bet is growing, and we’re expanding our recruiting team to keep up. We’re looking for a fourth recruiter to join our team of five — three recruiters, a sourcer and a team lead. You’ll manage a broad portfolio of technical and administrative roles across multiple countries, handling a wide range of hiring challenges. This role suits someone who’s comfortable with variety and enjoys switching between different types of searches.

What you’ll be doing:
Own end-to-end recruitment across engineering, product, trading and operations — from junior to managerial roles;
Run structured interviews and partner with hiring managers on confident, data-informed hiring decisions, coaching other interviewers along the way;
Build and execute sourcing strategies, backed by market data — salary benchmarks, hiring trends and competitor insights — to guide your approach and advise stakeholders;
Keep candidate data clean and up to date in the ATS, so the process stays smooth and nothing falls through the cracks;
Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, holding them accountable for quality and timelines.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in IT and/or iGaming;
Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and solid interviewing/screening expertise;
Comfortable with ATS platforms and recruitment tooling, keeping pipelines organized and reporting clean;
Strong communicator who builds trust with hiring managers, delivers a great candidate experience, and pushes back constructively when needed;
Upper-intermediate English.
