Що робити

Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters.
Develop recruitment policies to inform the rest of the organization.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the members of the Recruitment team, conduct the evaluation process.
Collaborate closely with the Hiring managers to ensure that the team meets hiring targets and provides a great hiring experience.
Drive innovation and be keen to explore and assess new processes, programs, and tools when needed.

Що очікуємо

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (Sourcer, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist).
At least 1 year of work experience as a manager of the team.
Good English speaking and writing skills (upper-intermediate and higher) is a must.
Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge.
Management and leadership skills.
