- Definition of all necessary testing activities on projects to ensure that they projects adhere to all required quality standards;
- Monitor deadlines for global tasks/initiatives of the testing team, coordinate/agree with PMs, Delivery, and Engineering Managers on their execution;
- Control the execution of quarterly goals and policies, maintaining up-to-date information, and providing status on the implementation of policies or quarterly goals;
- Monitor the quality of the implementation of policies and quarterly goals;
- Analysis of the root causes of errors, elimination of root causes, and addressing consequences;
Що очікуємо
- 10+ years in QA with 3–5+ years managing QA Leads and multi‑team QA organizations
- Experience leading 15–40 QA specialists across multiple concurrent products
- Ownership of QA strategy at domain/organization level
- Proven QA transformation experience (manual → automation)
- Strong SDLC expertise and ability to embed quality into all phases
