TestFort invites aspiring QA specialists to join our unpaid, hands-on Internship Program with an opportunity for further employment based on the results of the program.
This program is designed for those who already have a solid theoretical foundation in Manual QA and want to gain practical experience, work with real QA tools, and apply their knowledge through hands-on tasks under the guidance of our QA specialists.
The internship will last 2 weeks, 4 hours per day, and will conclude with a final team project.
What You’ll Work On During the Internship
Throughout the program, participants will cover key areas of Manual QA, including:
Software Testing Fundamentals at the ISTQB Foundation level;
SDLC, STLC, and Agile frameworks: Scrum and Kanban;
principles and techniques of task estimation;
creating test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
test design techniques: Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios;
working with Jira;
mobile application testing on iOS and Android;
working with ADB, TestFlight, and Charles Proxy;
fundamentals of client-server architecture and APIs;
REST API testing using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI;
collections, environment variables, test scripts, and API test design;
basic SQL queries and MySQL.
Final Project
At the end of the program, participants will work together on a final team project and go through the full testing cycle of a real product — from test design and peer review to test execution and bug reporting.
Who We’re Looking For
This program may be a good fit for you if you:
have completed QA courses;
have a solid understanding of software testing fundamentals;
are familiar with test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
have a basic understanding of web, mobile, and API testing;
have English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher — this is a mandatory requirement for participation;
are available to dedicate 4 hours per day for 2 weeks to the internship;
are interested in developing your Manual QA skills and potentially continuing your career with TestFort.
Commercial experience is not required.
What Happens After the Internship?
For us, this program is not only about training — it is also an opportunity to identify talented junior specialists who may potentially join the TestFort team.
Top-performing interns will have an opportunity to proceed to the next stage of the selection process for employment and potentially join TestFort’s R&D projects.
Please note that completing the internship does not guarantee employment. Employment decisions will be based on individual performance during the program and the results of the final selection process.
