We are a startup developing alternative navigation systems for UAVs, and we are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to take ownership of the testing process and speed up release cycles and pre-flight product preparation.
Tech skills:
2+ years as a QA Engineer
Strong Linux terminal usage
Python, Bash scripting
Git, Docker (usage level)
Test automation experience
Experience in writing technical documentation
Upper-intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
Experience with UAVs or any other hardware
MAVLink, ArduPilot
CI/CD experience
Driver’s license and experience driving a van (Category B)
What you will do:
Prepare the product for flight tests (assembly, setup, checklist verification)
Perform functional tests on drones with communication via MAVLink
Analyze test results and create high-quality bug reports
Independently fix minor bugs
Write and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
Collaborate closely with the development team and work in fast-paced agile-based iterations
Travel to test sites for flight testing
