What You’ll Do:
Build and evolve a scalable QA Automation Framework from scratch (or lead a major rebuild).
Define and implement the QA Automation strategy.
Design and maintain API, UI, Integration, and Contract tests.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams.
Mentor QA engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Continuously improve release quality and automation coverage.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
4+ years as a QA Automation Lead, Automation Team Lead, or Head of QA.
Strong experience with Python (Pytest) or TypeScript (Playwright).
REST/SOAP API automation experience.
Experience with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building or significantly redesigning automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of Test Pyramid, Contract Testing, and modern automation practices.
English level B2+.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Travel Tech, FinTech, or E-commerce.
Payment integrations (Stripe, LiqPay, Fondy, etc.).
GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport).
Experience working with external auditors or security assessments.
