Що робити
- Plan, coordinate, and launch promotional campaigns end-to-end, such as trading contests, bonuses, promo codes, product gamification.
- Create trading contests and special promotions for top partners.
- Coordinate the creation and production of promotional and branded materials.
- Support the Business Development team in planning and executing local events from the product and merchandise side.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver new promotional activities.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience in promotions, CRM marketing, or campaign management, preferably in Fintech, iGaming, Crypto, or e-Commerce.
- Understanding of promotional mechanics, including bonuses, contests, lucky draws, giveaways, and materials supporting them.
- Experience in managing branded and promotional materials, including online and offline banners, merchandise, branded items, and other promo assets.
- Ability to coordinate the production and delivery of promotional materials with Design, Marketing, BD, Engineering, and external contragents when needed.
- Confident working with admin tools, CRMs, and back-office systems.
