- Develop and launch promotional campaigns, tournaments, cashback offers, bonus programs, and special events
- Maintain and update the promotional calendar
- Create and improve bonus mechanics and promotional activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Analyze promotional results and suggest improvements
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming as a Promo Manager, CRM Manager, Retention Manager, or in a similar role
- Understanding of promotional mechanics in online casino products
- Experience working with bonuses, free spins, cashback campaigns, tournaments, and player promotions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic analytical skills and ability to work with reports and performance metrics
