We’re hiring a Project Manager who can run 10–15 client projects at once and keep them all moving.

Altum is a Ukrainian design and development team of about 25 people, fully remote. We build websites and digital products for startups and mid-sized businesses.
What you’ll do
Run 10–15 projects in parallel. Typical mix: website builds from scratch (45%), support tickets (25%), website design (15%), software development (15%)
Define scope, deliverables and estimates with clients and the team
Build project plans with timelines, milestones and who works on what
Track progress and catch risks early, before they reach the client
Be the main contact for clients: status updates, regular calls, reports
Coordinate designers, developers and QA, and keep everyone unblocked
Keep budgets and hours under control
Run a retro after each launch and use what you learn to improve how we work
What we’re looking for
Upper-Intermediate English or higher, written and spoken. You’ll talk to US and EU clients every day
Solid PM basics: planning, timelines, budgets, team setup,
Organized and detail-oriented. Nothing slips through the cracks
Clear communicator who can negotiate scope and deadlines
Self-driven and quick to learn
Nice to have
PM experience at a web or IT agency
Technical understanding (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, how dev work is done)
